Two of our fencers took part in a tournament over the week end. Gideon and Amanda Van Zyl took
part in the MacLeavy Foil Tournament on Saturday in Auckland and was
placed 17th and 11th overall. It was an open (no age restrictions) and
mixed (male & female) tournament organised by Fencing North. The
tournament was won by Hamish McKraken of Salle Jean Louis.
